肾气丸辅助治疗肾阳不足型良性前列腺增生症的Meta分析

Meta-analysis on Shengqi Pill(肾气丸) in the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia with Kidney-Yang Deficiency

目的:系统评价肾气丸辅助治疗肾阳不足型良性前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法:检索PubMed、EMBASE、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网学术期刊全文数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库中2000年1月至2018年4月关于临床常用药联合应用肾气丸辅助治疗肾阳不足型良性前列腺增生症的随机对照试验(RCT),按照纳入排除标准对最终文献进行质量评价和Meta分析。结果:共纳入7个RCT,样本量总计569例,患者年龄范围45~90岁。联合应用肾气丸治疗后,患者的国际前列腺症状评分降低[MD=-3.46,95%CI (-4.43,-2.50),P<0.01],残余尿量降低[MD=-6.35,95%CI (-7.40,-5.29),P<0.01],生活质量评分降低[MD=-0.65,95%CI (-0.78,-0.51),P<0.01],最大尿流率增长[MD=3.07,95%CI (1.50,4.64),P=0.000,1],但不能改善患者的前列腺体积[MD=-0.76,95%CI(-3.00,-1.40),P=0.5]。结论:联合应用肾气丸在改善肾阳不足型良性前列腺增生症患者临床症状等方面具有一定效果。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shenqi pill in the adjuvant treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)with kidney-yang deficiency.Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of PubMed,EMBASE,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Academic Periodical Full-text Database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Vip Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database on the adjuvant treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)with kidney-yang deficiency were searched from January2000 to April 2018.According to inclusion exclusion criteria,quality evaluation and Meta-analysis of the final literature were carried out.Results:A total of 7 RCTs involving 569 patients were included.The patients ranged in age from 45 to 90 years.After treatment with Shenqi pill,the patient’s international prostate symptom score was decreased[MD=-3.46,95%CI(-4.43,-2.50),P<0.01],residual urine volume was decreased[MD=-6.35,95%CI(-7.40,-5.29),P<0.01],quality of life score was decreased[MD=-0.65,95%CI(-0.78,-0.51),P<0.01],maximum urinary flow rate was increased[MD=3.07,95%CI(1.50,4.64),P=0.000,1],but did not improve the patient’s prostate volume(MD=-0.76,95%CI(-3.00,-1.40),P=0.5)Conclusion:The combination of Shenqi pill has certain effects in improving the clinical symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients with kidneyyang deficiency.
