耳尖放血疗法治疗高血压临床疗效的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Auricular Apex Bloodletting in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的:评价耳尖放血疗法治疗高血压的疗效。方法:计算机检索PubMed、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、SinoMed中收录的有关耳尖放血疗法治疗高血压的随机对照试验文献,用Review Manager 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:总共纳入临床随机对照试验文献11篇,涉及患者共884例。Meta分析结果显示,两组降压疗效比较,OR=1.84,95%CI(1.21,2.79),Z=2.86,P=0.004;两组证候疗效比较,OR=2.73,95%CI(1.80,4.13),Z=4.76,P<0.000,01;与其他中医药疗法比较,OR=1.95,95%CI(1.19,3.19),Z=2.64,P=0.008;与西医治疗比较,OR=2.71,95%CI(1.54,4.79),Z=3.44,P=0.000,6。漏斗图显示存在发表偏倚。结论:耳尖放血治疗高血压有良好的疗效,但由于纳入研究数目较少,试验方法学质量偏低,其结果需要更多高质量随机对照研究进一步证实。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of auricular apex bloodletting in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:We electronically searched databases including the PubMed,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed to search randomized controlled trials of auricular apex bloodletting in treating for hypertension.The Cochrane Collaboration’s RevMan 5.3 software was used for data analysis.Results:A total of 11 clinical randomized controlled trials were included,involving a total of 884 patients.Meta-analysis results showed that the two groups of antihypertensive efficacy[OR=1.84,95%CI(1.21,2.79),Z=2.86,P=0.004];two groups of syndrome efficacy comparison[OR=2.73,95%CI(1.80,4.13),Z=4.76,P<0.000,01];compared with other traditional Chinese medicine treatments[OR=1.95,95%CI(1.19,3.19),Z=2.64,P=0.008];compared with Western medicine treatment(OR=2.71,95%CI(1.54,4.79),Z=3.44,P=0.000,6)The funnel plot shows the presence of publication bias.Conclusion:Auricular apex bloodletting has a good effect in the treatment of hypertension,but due to the small number of studies included and the low quality of experimental methods,more high quality randomized controlled studies are needed to further confirm the results.
