刘喜明辨治糖尿病肾病用药规律分析

Research on Prescription Regularity of Professor LIU Xi-ming for Diabetic Kidney Disease

分析刘喜明辨治糖尿病肾病用药规律,总结刘喜明辨治思想及用药特色。方法:收集2015年刘喜明辨治糖尿病肾病病案,采用频数频率分布分析、系统聚类分析、关联规则分析等数据挖掘方法对处方进行分析。结果:共纳入125首中药复方,通过分析得出使用频率超过1%的中药共22味,使用频率超过10%的药类共5类,聚类组合5种,药物关联规则42条。结论:基于糖尿病肾脏病血瘀、气虚、阴虚的关键病机,刘喜明多用活血化瘀、补益气阴、利湿清热之品,切合糖尿病肾脏病“虚、痰、瘀”的证治框架。

Objective:To analyze the medication rule of Professor LIU Xi-ming in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,and summarize Professor LIU Xi-ming's thought and characteristics of medication.Methods:Professor LIU Xi-ming's diabetic nephropathy cases in 2015 were collected and analyzed by data mining methods such as frequency distribution analysis,system clustering analysis and association rule analysis.Results:A total of 125 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine were included.Through analysis,22 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine with frequency more than 1%,5 classes of drugs with frequency more than 10%,5 clustering combinations and 42 drug association rules were obtained.Conclusion:Based on the key pathogenesis of diabetic kidney disease,that are blood stasis,qi deficiency and yin deficiency,professor LIU Xi-ming prefer to use drug for invigorating blood circulation,eliminating stasis,tonifying qi and yin,clearing damp and heat,which is corresponding with the therapeutic framework as known as"deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis"of diabetic kidney disease.
