痔康复元方干预痔术后创面愈合进程的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Intervention of Zhikang Fuyuan Prescription on the Process of Wound Healing after Hemorrhoids Operation

目的:观察痔康复元方对痔术后创面愈合及恢复期中创面不适感的影响。方法:将已行手术的湿热下注型混合痔(内痔为Ⅲ度)患者随机分为两组。治疗组57例患者术后予痔康复元方治疗,对照组57例患者术后予痔宁片治疗。两组均在术后第1、3、7、14天观察疼痛、出血、渗液、排便、发热、水肿、瘙痒症状积分,并记录愈合时间,采用广义估计方程比较两组总体疗效及变化趋势。结果:治疗组在改善混合痔术后的出血、渗液、疼痛、排便、瘙痒方面较对照组更佳,且起效更快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),水肿与发热方面两组效果相似(P>0.05)。治疗组愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痔康复元方对于缓解湿热下注型混合痔术后并发症有较好的疗效且起效迅速,并能有效促进伤口愈合。

Objective:To observe the effect of Zhikang Fuyuan prescription on wound healing after hemorrhoids operation and wound discomfort during recovery period.Methods:The patients with downward flow of damp-heat mixed hemorrhoids(internal hemorrhoids were grade III)who had been operated on were randomly divided into two groups.Fifty-seven patients in the treatment group were treated with Zhikang Fuyuan prescription after operation,while 57 patients in the control group were treated with Zhining tablets after operation.The scores of pain,bleeding,exudation,defecation,fever,edema and pruritus were observed on the 1st,3rd,7th and 14th day after operation,and the healing time was recorded.The generalized estimation equation was used to compare the overall efficacy and trends of the two groups.Results:The treatment group was better than the control group in improving bleeding,exudate,pain,defecation and itching after mixed hemorrhoids,and the onset was faster,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the effect of edema and fever were similar between the two groups(P>0.05).The healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhikang Fuyuan prescription has a good effect on relieving the postoperative complications of downward flow of damp-heat mixed hemorrhoids,and has a rapid onset of action,and can effectively promote wound healing.
