EnSite NavX navigated radiofrequency catheter ablation for atrial flutter in patients with congenital heart disease after surgical repair

摘要 目的探讨EnSite NavX系统引导下导管射频消融治疗先天性心脏病外科手术术后并发心房扑动的可行性和安全性。方法先天性心脏病外科手术术后并发心房扑动3例患者,均在EnSite NavX系统引导下实施电生理检查和导管射频消融治疗,记录手术时间,观察手术结果及术中、术后近期并发症发生情况;随访30~90d复查动态心电图,观察心房扑动复发情况。结果 3例患者消融术均成功,手术时间为93~166min;3例均证实为典型心房扑动,术中及术后均未发生消融术相关并发症;随访30~90d均无复发。结论 EnSite NavX系统引导下导管射频消融治疗先天性心脏病外科手术术后并发心房扑动安全、可行。 Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of EnSite NavX navigated radiofrequency catheter ablation for atrial flutter in patients with congenital heart disease after surgical repair.Methods Three patients with congenital heart disease received EnSite NavX navigated radiofrequency catheter ablation system for atrial flutter after surgical repair.The operation lasting time was recorded.The operation results,and intraoperative and short-term postoperative complications were observed.Ambulatory electrocardiography was performed after 30-to 90-d follow-up to observe the recurrence of atrial flutter.Results Ablation was successfully performed in all three patients,with the operation lasting time of 93to166 min.All patients were confirmed typical atrial flutter,and no complications occurred during and after operation.and No arrhythmia recurred in 30-to 90-d follow-up.Conclusion EnSite NavX navigated radiofrequency catheter ablation is safe and effective for atrial flutter in patients with congenital heart disease after surgical repair.
