摘要
随不明原因反复自然流产患者逐年增加,母胎接触面免疫紊乱导致的复发性流产日益被关注。免疫细胞功能和细胞因子分泌异常可能导致流产。广泛存在于子宫蜕膜的自然杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体基因因其独特的排列组合及功能多样性被认为在妊娠免疫排斥中起重要作用。本文就自然杀伤细胞免疫球蛋白样受体基因及其与反复自然流产关系的研究进展作一综述。
With the gradually increased rate of recurrent spontaneous abortion with unknown causes,more and more researches focus on the maternal-fetal interface immune disorder induced recurrent abortion.The abnormal immune cells function and secretion of cytokines may lead to abortion.The natural killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor gene widely existing in the uterine decidua,is thought to play an important role in pregnancy immune rejection due to its unique combination and functional diversity.This paper reviews the research progress of the relationship between killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptor gene and recurrent spontaneous abortion.
