miR-203在恶性肿瘤中的作用及其相关靶基因的研究进展 被引量:9

Progress of the role of miR-203 in malignant tumor and its related target genes

摘要 微小RNA是具有调控功能的非编码RNA,通过碱基互补配对的方式识别靶基因信使RNA(messenger RNA,mRNA)的3'-非翻译区(3'-untranslated region,3'-UTR),根据互补程度的不同降解靶mRNA或抑制靶mRNA翻译,在恶性肿瘤的发生、发展中发挥作用。miR-203在多种恶性肿瘤组织中异常表达,通过与下游靶基因结合调控恶性肿瘤的生长、分化及增殖。本文就miR-203在食管癌、结直肠癌、肺癌及其他恶性肿瘤中的作用及其相关靶基因的研究进展作一综述。 MicroRNA(miRNA)is the non-coding RNA,which has the function of regulating miRNA to identify target genes by means of complementary base pairing mRNA 3'-untranslated region(3'-UTR).It degrades target mRNA or inhibits target mRNA translation according to the degree of complementary target mRNA to play a role in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors.MiR-203 is expressed abnormally in a variety of malignant tumor tissues and can regulate the growth,differentiation and proliferation of esophageal cancer,colorectal cancer,lung cancer and other malignant tumors by binding to downstream target genes.This paper reviews the research progress of the role of miR-203 in malignant tumors and its related target genes.
