寨卡病毒暴发流行与孕产妇预防控制措施研究进展

Prevalence of Zika virus outbreak and the prevention and control measures against infection in pregnant women

摘要 孕产妇感染寨卡病毒可增加小头症和格林-巴利综合征发病率。目前尚无有效的寨卡病毒疫苗及特异性治疗药物,做好孕产妇预防控制工作具有重要意义。本文就寨卡病毒的暴发流行与孕产妇预防控制措施的研究进展作一综述。 Zika virus infection in pregnant women may increase the incidence of microcephaly in newborns and Guillain-Barré syndrome in children.There is no vaccine or specific drug for Zika virus,therefore the effective prevention and control measures are critical,especially for pregnant women.This paper reviews the prevalence of Zika virus outbreak and the prevention and control measures against the infection in pregnant women.
