干细胞抗原-1与心血管疾病关系研究进展

Relationship between stem cell antigen-1 and cardiovascular diseases

摘要 干细胞抗原1(stem cell antigen-1,Sca-1)是多数干细胞表面的标志抗原,在脉管系统中高表达,Sca-1阳性干细胞具有自我更新和全能性的特点,特定环境下可定向分化为心肌细胞、血管平滑肌细胞、内皮细胞,参与机体组织和结构的功能。近年,Sca-1阳性干细胞在心血管疾病中的研究取得较大进展。本文就Sca-1作为干细胞标志性抗原的生物特性及其与心血管疾病关系的研究进展作一综述。 Stem cell antigen-1(Sca-1)is a symbolic antigen on the surface of most stem cells and it is highly expressed in the vascular system.Sca-1-positive stem cells are characterized by their self-renewal and pluripotent capacities.Under certain circumstances,these cells can be directed to differentiate into myocardial cells,vascular smooth muscle cells or endothelial cells,and play their own roles as the functional foundation of body tissues.In recent years,researches of Sca-1-positive cells have made a great deal of progress in cardiovascular diseases.This paper reviews the research progress on the biological characteristics of Sca-1 as a stem cell antigen and its relationship with cardiovascular diseases.
