摘要
外周T细胞淋巴瘤(peripheral T-cell lymphoma,PTCL)是一类起源于胸腺后成熟T细胞或自然杀伤T细胞的淋巴系统恶性肿瘤,具有较高异质性及病死率,诊断需结合临床表现、病理特征、免疫组织化学及遗传学检查结果等。本文就PTCL遗传表型、病理特征、免疫组织化学、分子遗传学、临床表现及治疗的研究进展作一综述。
Peripheral T-cell lymphoma is a kind of lymphoid malignancy originating from thymic mature T cells or natural killerT cells,with high heterogeneity and mortality.The diagnosis should be set up in combination with clinical manifestations,pathological features,immunohistochemistry examination,genetic test and other tests.This paper reviews the research progress of the genetic phenotype,pathological features,immunohistochemistry,molecular genetics,clinical manifestations and treatment of peripheral T-cell lymphoma.
