直立性低血压与餐后低血压相关研究进展

Research progress of orthostatic hypotension and postprandial hypotension

直立性低血压(orthostatic hypotension,OH)作为一种普遍存在的心血管疾病,影响人类的生活质量。餐后低血压(postprandial hypotension,PPH)在流行病学、临床表现等方面与OH存在相似性,且可与OH合并存在。本文就OH与PPH流行病学、临床表现、病理生理学机制、治疗等方面的研究进展作一综述。

Orthostatic hypotension is a common cardiovascular disease,which has a negative impact on the quality of people's life. Postprandial hypotension is similar to orthostatic hypotension in the epidemiology and clinical manifestations,and they can coexist in the same patient.This paper reviews the research progress of the orthostatic hypotension and postprandial hypotension in epidemiology,clinical manifestations,pathophysiology,treatment and etc.
