Exploration and Reform of Quality Management of Adjudicative Documents

我国裁判文书质量管理经历了四个不同阶段,每个阶段,裁判文书质量管理逐步遵循司法规律,文书管理由行政管理手段向法官自律转变,从外力改善裁判文书自身质量向提高裁判文书作者司法素养转变,使裁判文书质量与案件审判质量呈现同步提高态势。在当代,随着裁判文书上网步伐加快,裁判文书也实现了管理模式的变迁,法官对文书自负其责的自律意识和管理能力逐步得到强化与落实。

China’s quality management of adjudicatory documents has gone through four different stages. At each stage,the quality management of adjudicatory documents has gradually followed the laws of justice,and document management has changed from administrative management methods to self-discipline of judges. From the external forces to improve the quality of the referee’s own documents to improve the judicial literacy of the referee’s documents,so that the quality of the referee’s documents and the quality of the case trial appear to improve the situation. In contemporary times,with the acceleration of the pace of the Internet,the judicial documents have also achieved changes in the management model,and the judges’ sense of self-discipline and management ability to take responsibility for the documents have gradually been strengthened and implemented.
