程朱理学对明代新安医学的影响

Influence of Chengzhu Academic on Xin'an Medicine in Ming Dynasty

程朱理学是明代社会的主流文化,尤其在朱熹的故里古徽州,其影响更加深远。新安医家以古徽州为发源地,该地儒医相通,朱熹理学忠孝礼仪、义利观等儒家思想,以及"存天理、灭人欲"等观点都是新安医家著书立论及从事医业的行为准则规范。程朱理学提倡的读书穷理、格物致知、克己复礼的思想,促使新安医家研究和阐发医理、推动学术交流并树立良好的医德医风。

Chengzhu academic is the main thought in Ming dynasty,especially in ancient Huizhou( Zhuxi' s hometown),which has significant influence. Ancient Huizhou had been deemed to original place by Xin'an doctors,and in this place,Confucianism communicated with TCM. Loyalty and filial piety and etiquette,idea of moral and profit of Zhuxi Neo-Confucianism and existing heavenly principles,extinguishing human desires are all standards of behavior of being a doctor and make poins of writing for Xin'an doctors. Chengzhu academic advocated the ideas of knowledge coming from the study,study the nature of things,deny self and return to propriety to prompt researching explicating explicate,promote academic exchange and establishing good medical ethics.
