地黄药材与土壤中多元素的相关性分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:分析不同产地的地黄药材及土壤中多种元素的相关性。方法:对采集于河南、山西、山东三省32个主产区的生地黄药材及土壤中的8种元素锰(Mn)、钾(K)、铁(Fe)、铬(Cr)、镁(Mg)、锌(Zn)、氮(N)、磷(P)进行测定,采用富集系数计算各产区地黄药材及土壤中8种元素的富集性,并用Average Linkage法进行聚类分析。结果:各产区中地黄药材及土壤中元素锰(Mn)、钾(K)、铁(Fe)、铬(Cr)、镁(Mg)、锌(Zn)、氮(N)、磷(P)含量没有明显差异,其中药材中钾(K)、镁(Mg)、磷(P)、氮(N)含量最高,而道地产区土壤中锌(Zn)、锰(Mn)、铁(Fe)、镁(Mg)、磷(P)元素含量显著高于非道地产区土壤中的含量。富集系数显示地黄药材对钾(K)、铬(Cr)、锌(Zn)3种元素有较强的富集作用,道地产区地黄药材和产地土壤铬(Cr)元素含量明显低于非道地产区。结论:通过不同产区地黄药材和土壤中多元素及其富集性的相关性分析,为地黄适宜栽培区域的选择提供参考。 Objective:To analysis the correlation of Dihuang( Rehmanniae) in different habitats and multielement in soil. Methods:8kinds of elements( Mn,K,Fe,Cr,Mg,Zn,N,P) in soil and Dihuang( Rehmanniae) from 32 main producing areas in Henan,Shanxi,Shandong province were determined and analyzed. Multielement enrichment in rehmanniae and soil from the producing area was calculated via enrichment coefficients. Moreover,use average linkage to cluster analysis. Results:There’ s no significant differences between elements( Mn,K,Fe,Cr,Mg,Zn,N,P) in Dihuang( Rehmanniae) and soil from different habitats. The content of K,Mg,P and N was the highest element in Dihuang( Rehmanniae),while the content of Zn,Mn,Fe,Mg and P elements in soil of genuine producing area was significantly higher than that in non genuine producing area soil. Enrichment coefficients showed that Dihuang( Rehmanniae) has strong enrichment in element K,Cr and Zn. In addition,the content of Cr element in Dihuang( Rehmanniae) from genuine producing area was significantly lower than that in non genuine producing area. Conclusion:To provide reference for the selection of suitable cultivation area of Dihuang( Rehmanniae) by analysising the correlation of multielement and enrichment in Dihuang( Rehmanniae) and soil.
