摘要 石膏主要成分为硫酸钙,此外还含有铝、铜、锌、镍、鎂、铁、铅、钴等20多种微量元素。石膏退热作用的物质基础应该主要与其所含钙盐和微量元素锌、镉、钴、铅等有直接联系。此外与铁、铜、硒等对免疫系统的调节作用从而控制感染起到间接退热作用也有很大关系。总之石膏的退热作用应该是其所含的多种微量元素共同作用的结果。 Plaster’s main content is calcium sulfate,in addition,has more than 20 microelements,such as aluminum,copper,zinc,nickel,cobalt,magnesium,iron,lead,etc. There’ s a direct relation about material basis with clearing heat of Shigao( Plaster) and calcium salt,zinc,cadmium,cobalt,lead. In addition,iron,copper,selenium for the regulating effect of immune system to control infection and indirect antifebrile effect also has a lot to do. In a word,the antifebrile effect which combined with many kinds of trace elements.
