"枢机"是指气机交接转枢之地,其功能为枢转气机,使气机出入正常,升降自如,开阖有度,则气血化生有余,阴阳转化如常,胞宫血海充盈,精卵得滋胎孕自成。若枢机旋转失乖,则变生他病。不孕症辨治之难在于病因病机纷繁复杂,举凡脏腑经络、气血阴阳功能紊乱,六淫、七情、瘀血、痰湿等因素皆可影响胞宫,致胞宫阴阳失调,寒温失调,不能摄精成孕。临证辨治不孕症若能抓住"枢机"则可执简驭繁,收到良效。
