中西医结合治疗妊娠高血压伴早发型重度子痫前期临床研究

Clinical Research on the Treatment of Pregnamcy Hypertension Early-onsetsevere Preeclampsia by Integrated Chinese and Western Medicines

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗妊娠期高血压疾病伴早发型重度子痫前期的临床疗效。方法:将早发型重度子痫前期患者100例随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各50例。对照组单纯应用西药治疗,以解痉、降血压为主治疗;治疗组在对照组用药基础上加服一贯煎加减。比较两组临床疗效、血压控制有效率等。结果:两组患者临床疗效比较,治疗组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者血压疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者心率、胎心率治疗前后比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗妊娠高血压伴早发型重度子痫前期,可提高有效率,减轻症状,减少恶变,提高围生儿存活率。

Objective:To observe the treatment of early-onset severe preeclampsia by integrated Chinese and western medicines. Methods:100 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given western medicines merely,take reduce blood press and spasmolysis as the principal thing. the treatment group was given modified Yiguan Jian. After the treatment,compare with the effective rate and control rate of blood pressure,etc. Results:In the treatment group,total effective rate was higher than the control group(P < 0. 05),Blood pressure control effectiveness is significantly higher than control group(P < 0. 05). In the two groups of patients’ heart rate,fetal heart rate before and after treatment was no significant difference( P > 0. 05). Conclusion:Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine on the treatment of early onset severe preeclampsia can improve efficiency,reduce symptoms,reduce the progression and improve the perinatal survival rate,worthy of clinical promotion.
