调肝运脾汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床研究

Clinical Research on the Treatment of Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea by Tiaogan Yunpi Decoction

目的:探讨调肝运脾汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:将106例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各53例。对照组口服匹维溴铵片治疗。治疗组在治疗组基础上加用调肝运脾汤治疗。1周后观察两组患者的临床疗效、5-羟色胺水平、结肠组织P物质水平、血管活性肠肽水平、乙酰胆碱水平。结果:两组患者临床疗效比较,治疗组有效率为90.57%,对照组有效率为66.04%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=9.384,P<0.01);5-羟色胺、结肠组织P物质水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。血管活性肠肽、乙酰胆碱水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:调肝运脾汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效显著,能够改善胃肠动力、促进胃肠道功能恢复。

Objective:To study the clinical research on the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea by Tiaogan Yunpi Decoction. Methods:106 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,53 cases in each. The control group was given Pinaverium Bromide Tablets for oral treatment. The treatment group was given Tiaogan Yunpi Decoction base on the control group. The effects of two groups were compared after one week. Vasoactive intestinal peptide,Ach level in the treatment group patients were lower than that of in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). Conclusion:Tiaogan Yunpi Decoction in treating irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea has exact curative effect,which can improve gastrointestinal motility,promoting gastrointestinal function recovery.
