中医药治疗强直性脊柱炎湿热痹阻证用药分析

Literature Analysis on the Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis of Damp and Heat Blockage Syndrome by TCM

目的:探索中医药治疗强直性脊柱炎湿热痹阻证中药规律。方法:检索1990—2014年中国知网、万方数据、万方中医药知识系统、万方医学网、万方医学网临床诊疗知识库、维普期刊资源数据库及中国生物医学文献数据库内公开发表的期刊文献。使用频数统计法来统计使用中药类别的频次、每味中药的使用频次、高频药物的性味归经及高频药对使用情况。结果:检索出基本方有57首,其中49首是自拟方,使用的中药总数共有158味,中药使用频次达612次;常用的是祛风湿药、活血化瘀药、清热药、补虚药、利水渗湿药、解表药、化湿药及理气药。温性药、凉性药及寒性药较多,平性药、热性药其次;辛、苦、甘药物使用频次较多;大多数药物归肝经、脾经、肾经,兼顾胆经、心经、肺经及胃经等;药对使用总频次为313次,其中苍术和黄柏、知母和石膏、知母和黄柏等出现频次较高。结论:中医药治疗强直性脊柱炎湿热痹阻证药物使用有规律可循,为中医药防治强直性脊柱炎提供科学、合理的参考依据。

Objective:To analyze the using drugs regularity of the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis of damp and heat blockage syndrome by TCM. Methods:We searched from 1990 to 2014 China National Knowledge CNKI,Wanfang Data,articles of medical knowledge systems,published in the Medical Network,Medical Knowledge Network clinical diagnosis,VIP periodical resource database and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database the journal literature. Using the frequency statistics to count the frequency of the use of traditional Chinese medicine category,using every herb of the frequency,high frequency of drug resistance,taste and high frequency of drug use. Results:Retrieved basic prescription has 57,of which 49 are self prescription,which includes 158 of herbs,and using frequency up to 612 times. Medicine for rheumatism,blood circulation medicine,clearing heat medicine,tonic medicine,damp-clearing drug,relieving exterior medicine,resolving dampness medicine and qi-regulating medicine. Warm drugs,cool and cold medicine are more medicine. The second is mild and heat medicine. acrid,bitter,sweet greater frequency of using medicine,most of the medicine belong to liver,spleen,kidney,and both gall bladder,heart and lung and stomach,etc. using medicine overall frequency of 313 times,in which the most frequency of occurrence is rhizoma atractylodis and golden cypress,rhizoma anemarrhenae and gypsum. Conclusion:It have rules to follow that on the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis heat Blockage of damp and heat blockage syndrome by TCM. and supplying the scientific,reasonable references.
