针刺结合电磁波治疗仪治疗腰背肌筋膜炎临床研究

Clinical research on the Treatment of Lumbar Spinal Cord Myofascitis by Acupuncture Combined with Electromagnetic Wave

目的:探讨针刺结合电磁波治疗仪治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将112例腰背肌筋膜炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各56例。对照组给予常规抗炎镇痛药(布洛芬缓释胶囊+扶他林软膏)对症治疗,治疗组则予穴位针刺结合电磁波治疗仪进行治疗。治疗后观察患者临床症状改善情况以评价临床疗效,并比较治疗前后两组患者视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分以评估疼痛改善状况。结果:治疗组有效率达94.64%,高于对照组的64.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者治疗后VAS评分均较治疗前明显下降,治疗组下降更加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组用药后出现5例不良反应,治疗组无明显不良反应;对照组复发率达12.5%,明显高于对照组的3.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺结合电磁波治疗仪治疗腰背肌筋膜炎能明显改善患者腰背部肌肉疼痛、僵硬等临床症状,且不良反应少。

Objective:To explore the clinical research on the treatment of lumbar spinal cord myofascitis by acupuncture combined with electromagnetic wave. Methods:112 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each group is 56 cases. The control group was given anti-inflammatory analgesic( ibuprofen spansule + voltaren ointment). The treatment group was given acupuncture combined with electromagnetic wave. The treatment is 10 days of both groups. Observing the mend matters of clinical symptoms and evaluating the clinical effects,comparing the improve conditions of pain by VAS after the treatment. Results:Efficient rate of treatment group was 94. 64%,and 64. 29% that of control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 01);VAS score after treatment in both groups was significantly decreased,the treatment group decreased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 01). 5 cases of the control group had adverse reactions,the treatment group had not obvious adverse reaction. The recurrence rate was 12. 5% in the control group,significantly higher than that of control group 3. 6%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 01). Conclusion:The treatment of lumbar spinal cord myofascitis by acupuncture combined with electromagnetic wave can improve the pain and stiffness of lumbar spinal cord,less adverse reactions.
