摘要
目的:观察不同剂量清脑片对血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法:60只大鼠随机分为6组,即空白对照组,模型组,阳性对照组,高剂量、中剂量、低剂量清脑片组。用血液黏度仪检测全血黏度和血浆黏度;用血凝仪检测血浆纤维蛋白原等含量。结果:与空白组相比,模型组高切、中切、低切的全血黏度及血浆黏度显著升高,凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间显著缩短,部分凝血酶原时间显著延长、血浆纤维蛋白原显著增高,说明造模成功。与模型组相比,可以显著降低脑络通组(中切、低切),清脑片高剂量组(低切)、中剂量组(中切、低切)全血黏度(P<0.01);可以显著降低脑络通组,清脑片高剂量组、中剂量组血浆黏度(P<0.01),明显降低清脑片低剂量组血浆黏度(P<0.05)。清脑片高剂量组凝血酶时间显著升高(P<0.01),清脑片高、中、低剂量组凝血酶原时间显著缩短,血浆纤维蛋白原含量显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:清脑片能改善血瘀大鼠异常的血液流变学指标,降低全血黏度,降低纤维蛋白原含量而表现出一定的化瘀止血功效。
Objective:To observe the effects of different doses of Qingnao Tablet on Hemorheology of blood stasis model rats.Methods:The experimental rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:blank control group,model group,positive control group as well as high,medium and low dose of clear brain slices.The whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were detected with blood viscosity instrument.The plasma fibrinogen and other content were detected with blood coagulation analyzer.Results:Compared with the blank group,the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of model group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The thrombin time and prothrombin time were significantly shortened,the prothrombin time was significantly prolonged,and plasma fibrinogen significantly increased,all of which indicates a successful modeling.Compared with the model group,the whole blood viscosity(P < 0.01) of Naoluotong group(middle incision and low resection),Qingnao tablet high dose group(low-cut),middle dose group(P < 0.01),and the plasma viscosity of low-dose Qingnao Tablet group significantly decreased(P < 0.05).The thrombin time of Qingnao tablet was significantly shortened(P < 0.01) and the content of plasma fibrinogen significantly decreased in high,middle and low dose group(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Qingnao tablet can ameliorate the abnormal hemorheology indexes of blood stasis rats,decrease the viscosity of whole blood and decrease the content of fibrinogen,and show some effect of removing blood stasis and stopping bleeding.Conclusion:Qingnao tablet can ameliorate the abnormal hemorheology indexes of blood stasis rats,decrease the viscosity of whole blood and decrease the content of fibrinogen,and show some effect of removing blood sta-sis and stopping bleeding.
