基于“阳明为阖”图解大、小白虎汤

"阳明为阖"就是"苍天肃降",从"阳开"中"关闭"并"下降"的过程;"白虎"就是太阳归降"咸池"而完整天地气流交变与太阳东升西落、周而复始的大自然活动,两者联系紧密。小白虎汤证治疗外感阳邪致阳明经"阖"之不及,用石膏"质重"、知母"苦降"以"阖"阳明,又石膏"辛开"太阴以助阳明之阖,取粳米、炙甘草补脾胃,补升地气以助降天气,矫正阳明"阖"之不及。大白虎汤证适合外感阳邪致阳明经"阖"之不及且"久久不解"。在小白虎汤证的基础上又兼有气阴两虚里证,仍取小白虎汤诸药以"阖降"阳明。易知母为麦冬加入竹叶以养心阴、清心热、除心烦,又加入生姜、半夏"辛开太阴"以"助降阳明"。

' Yangming Weihe' means ' descending of heaven' which is the process of ' closing' and ' descending' from ' Yangkai'. ' Baihu' is the natural activity that the sun returns to the ' Xianchi' to complete alternation of air flow between the heaven and the earth,and make the sun rise in the east and set in the west again and again. The two are closely related. Xiaobaihu Decoction syndrome treats Yangming Jing being inferior to ' He' caused by exogenous Yangxie. It uses gypsum ' quality weight' and anemarrhena ' bitter decending' to ' He' Yangming,and gypsum ' Xinkai' Taiyin to help Yangming to close,takes japonica rice,roasted licorice to invigorate the spleen and stomach,invigorates the earth’s qi to help lower the heaven qi,and rectifies the inferiority of Yangming’s ' He'. Dabaihu Decoction syndrome treats Yangming Jing being inferior to ' He' and ' long time unresolved' caused by exogenous Yangxie. On the basis of Xiaobaihu Decoction syndrome,it has the syndrome of qi and yin deficiency,and still takes the various medicines of Xiaobaihu Decoction to ' Hejiang' Yangming,and common anemarrhena rhizome adds bamboo leaves to Maimendong Decoction to nourish heart-yin,clear heart-heat,eliminate distress of heart. And add ginger,Pinellia to help decenging of Yang Ming from ' Xinkai Taiyin'.
