Experience of Chen Xiaozhuan Treating Chronic Lumbocrural Pain with Acupuncture

慢性腰腿痛采用功能位诊治、坐位治疗更能充分真实地反映腰椎病变状况,指导针刺靶向治疗,实现气至病所。针刺处方应严格按照"醒脑开窍"针法实施,重在疏郁、调神、培正。临证施针采用"经筋刺法",进针速度快,重用提插手法,尽快解除筋膜系统内压,降低筋骨内压力,得气即可出针。若在舌诊过程中发现患者舌下静脉暗紫,甚至曲张,即可取金津、玉液刺络放血,以达到通畅经脉、活血止痛的效果。

For the treatment of chronic lumbocrural pain,functional diagnosis and treatment,sitting therapy can fully reflect the condition of lumbar lesions,guide the targeted treatment of acupuncture,and achieve qi to the disease position. Acupuncture prescriptions should be carried out in strict accordance with the ' Xingnao Kaiqiao' method,focusing on the dispersing stagnation,regulating mind and cultivation. The clinical application of the needles is based on the method of ' Jingjin Cifa'. The needle insertion speed is fast,and the use of the lifting and thrusting of needle method is emphasized. The internal pressure of the fascia system is relieved as soon as possible,and the pressure inside the muscles and bones is reduced. After the arrival of qi,the needle can be pulled out. If the patient’s sublingual vein is found to be dark purple or even varicose during the tongue diagnosis,the Jinjin and Yuye acupoints can be taken to puncture the blood to achieve the effect of unobstructed meridians,promoting blood circulation and relieving pain.
