立足气一元论运用解郁之法论治痤疮

Based on Qiyiyuan Theory and Using the Method of Relieving Depression to Treat Hemorrhoids

痤疮乃发生于头面、颈项、胸背的毛囊、皮脂腺慢性炎症,临床常见虚实寒热夹杂之证,不离营卫失调、气血失和,以"郁"为核心。经云"有诸内必形诸外",笔者禀着"治病必求于本"的原则,立足气一元论,采用六经辨证,以《黄帝内经》中治疗五郁之法为治疗原则,取得良好效果。

Hemorrhoids is a chronic inflammation of hair follicles and sebaceous glands on the head,face,neck,chest and back. It is a common clinical syndrome of deficiency,excess,cold and heat. It is caused by the imbalance of ying and wei,qi and blood,with ' depression' as its core. Classic writings argue that ' internal changes must be manifested outside'. Based on the principle of ' treating diseases must be based on its root cause' and qiyiyuan theory,the author adopts the six meridians syndrome differentiation,and takes the treatment of five depressions in Huangdi Neijing as the principle of treatment,and achieves good results.
