Professor Deng Yunming′s Academic Thoughts on Xujiang Bone Injury

邓运明教授乃江西樟树人氏,当代旴江骨伤名家。邓师深受家乡文化熏陶,致力于传承旴江医药文化,创新旴江医学理论,对正骨理筋手法,内伤杂病心得良多。在正骨手法上,秉承旴江"字门"伤科手法,精炼正骨八法,以"刚柔相济、以近带远、整体用力"为治疗要点,强调筋骨并重,以恢复功能为首要目标;在理筋手法上,传承旴江"字门"伤科推拿术,以点按特殊部位或穴位等敏感处为特色,双手沿点、线、面乃至全身做弹、拿、托、摩等,以打通经络,对筋伤类疾病效果立竿见影;在内伤杂病上,以气血辨证为首,筋骨并重为要,肝、脾、肾三脏为核心,辨病辨证相结合,辅以引经药物,随证治之,诚乃当代旴江骨伤名家是也。

Professor Deng Yunming is a Zhangshu native in Jiangxi province and a famous contemporary skeletal injured expert in Xujiang. Deeply influenced by his native culture,Deng shi devotes himself to inheriting the medical culture of Xujiang,innovating the medical theory of Xujiang,and gaining a lot of experience in bone-setting and tendon-regulating techniques and internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases. In the bone-setting technique,the eight methods of bone-setting are refined by following the ' zimen' technique of traumatology in Xujiang. The key points of treatment are ' combination of rigidity and softness,driving far by near,and applying force from the whole ',emphasizing the importance of both muscles and bones,and restoring function as the primary goal. In the tendon-regulating technique,the inheritance of the ' zimen ' massage technique of the traumatology department of the Xujiang is characterized by tapping on sensitive parts such as special parts or acupoints and makes bullets,grasps,motorcycles and motorcycles along the points,lines,surface and even the whole body with both hands,so as to get through channels and collaterals,and have an immediate effect on the diseases of tendons and injuries. In internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases,qi and blood syndrome differentiation is the first,muscles and bones are the most important,liver,spleen and kidney are the core,combined with syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,supplemented by meridian-inducing drugs,and treated according to syndrome differentiation. He is a famous contemporary skeletal bone injury expert in Xujiang.
