滋阴散结平亢方治疗甲状腺功能亢进

Ziyin Sanjie Pingkang Prescription in the Treatment of Hyperthyroidism

目的:观察滋阴散结平亢方结合西医常规治疗甲状腺功能亢进的临床疗效。方法:将62例甲状腺功能亢进患者随机分为两组。试验组31例,采用抗甲状腺药物联合滋阴散结平亢方治疗,对照组31例采用抗甲状腺药物治疗。观察两组临床症状、实验室检测指标和彩超血流参数的变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者血清游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(free triiodothyronine,FT3)、游离甲状腺素(free thyroxine,FT4)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(thyroglobulin antibodies,TG-Ab)、抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody,TPO-Ab)均较治疗前显著降低,促甲状腺素(thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH)较治疗前显著升高;彩超复查显示试验组收缩期峰值流速(Vmax)、舒张末期流速(Vmin)为(0.36±0.11) m·s^(-1)、(0.18±0.07) m·s^(-1),低于对照组的(0.52±0.17) m·s^(-1)、(0.24±0.09) m·s^(-1);试验组患者恶热多汗、烦躁易怒、消瘦乏力症状改善时间均短于对照组,能尽早改善及控制症状,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:滋阴散结平亢方结合抗甲状腺药物治疗甲状腺功能亢进效果优于单纯西药治疗,能尽早改善及控制甲状腺肿大、激素水平和甲状腺自身血流参数。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Ziyin Sanjie Prescription combined with Western medicine in the treatment of hyperthyroidism. Methods: 62 patients with hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into two groups. 31 patients in the experimental group were treated with anti-thyroid drugs combined with Ziyin Sanjie Prescription,and 31 patients in the control group were treated with antithyroid drugs. The changes of clinical symptoms,laboratory test indexes and color flow parameters of color Doppler ultrasound were observed. Results: After treatment,serum free triiodothyronine( FT3),free thyroxine( FT4),thyroglobulin antibodies( TG-Ab),anti-thyroid peroxidase antibody( TPO-Ab) was significantly lower than before treatment,and thyroid stimulating hormone( TSH) was significantly higher than before treatment;Color Doppler ultrasonography showed that the peak systolic velocity( Vmax) and end-diastolic flow velocity( Vmin) of the experimental group were( 0. 36 ± 0. 11) m·s-1,( 0. 18 ± 0. 07) m·s-1,which was lower than that of the control group( 0. 52 ± 0. 17) m·s-1,( 0. 24 ± 0. 09) m·s-1;the improvement time of the symptoms of aversion to heat,sweating,irritability and fatigue in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,which could improve and control the symptoms as soon as possible. There was significant difference between the two groups( P <0. 05). Conclusion: Ziyin Sanjie Pingkang Prescription combined with anti-thyroid drugs in the treatment of hyperthyroidism is superior to western medicine alone. It can improve and control symptoms as soon as possible,treat goiter,improve hormone levels andthyroid blood flow parameters.
