中医对幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性非萎缩性胃炎的认识及治疗

幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性非萎缩性胃炎的病机是以阳明胃热为标,脾气亏虚为本,同时与肝的疏泄条达密切相关。故中医药治疗本病的方法有①以清热治标行"霸道",直折其热。②以健脾补虚为"王道",缓图治本,同时配合化湿利湿之品。③调肝之用,斡旋枢机。④根据症状,随证加减:气滞明显者可加厚朴、延胡索、救必应、郁金、香附等;嗳气频、气逆不降者可加赭石、法半夏以降逆和胃;气滞热重、大便不通者可加虎杖、茵陈、火麻仁、郁李仁等;若气滞致血瘀者可加丹参、田七。

The pathogenesis of Helicobacter pylori-positive chronic non-atrophic gastritis is Yangming Stomach Heat being the symptom and Spleen Qi deficiency being the core reason.At the same time,the disease is closely related to the dysfunction of smoothing the mood.Therefore,Chinese medicine treatment methods of this disease are as follows.①Clearing Heat directly;②Strengthening the Spleen and deficiency with drugs treating Dampness.③Addjusting the Liver qi and its function.④According to the symptoms,modified prescription should be used as follows:With obvious Qi stagnation,Magnolia officinalis,Yuanhu,jiubiing,Turmeric,Rhizoma cyperi can be used.With reversed flow of Qi syndrome,Ochre and pinellia ternate can be used to deal with the reversed Qi and to harmonize the Spleen and the Stomach.With Qi stagnation and High Heat induced constipation,Knotweed,Wormwood,Hemp seed and Turmeric seed can be used.With Qi stagnation induced Blood stasis,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Panax notoginseng can be used.
