阔韧带撕裂综合征是女性产伤或外伤导致阴道裂伤出血而引发的阔韧带内出血或者阔韧带血肿,属创伤引发的妇产科综合征。西医以手术为首选治疗手段,但临床以中医药活血化瘀为主进行治疗同样有较好的疗效。阔韧带撕裂综合征的形成病因与创伤出血有关,属于中医所说离经之血,其基本病机故此为瘀血所为。同时,瘀血阻滞、血不循经,溢于脉外可致出血加剧,而恶血不去,新血难安,极易形成血肿。本文就其病因病机、辨证施治、用药技巧等进行了详细的论述,临床采用中医药辨证施治,运用理气活血法、温经散寒法、疏肝解郁法、益气化瘀法等进行治疗,效果较为理想。
