应用浊毒理论辨治下肢静脉性溃疡

下肢静脉疾病是常见的周围血管疾病,其中下肢静脉性溃疡是下肢静脉功能不全最难治和最严重的并发症,发病原因是三泵功能异常导致静脉高压后所形成的炎症级联反应。把西医所谓的静脉高血和慢性炎症与中医的浊毒理论结合,并依据下肢静脉功能不全的CEAP分期,详辨其发病、发展过程,把其分为脾肺气虚、湿浊血瘀、浊毒致损3个时期,并且针对虚、瘀、浊、毒这四个主要病理环节,应用健脾补肺、活血化瘀、泻浊解毒法内服中药,同时结合外用拔毒膏,可取得满意效果。

Lower extremity venous disease is a common peripheral vascular disease.The lower extremity venous ulcer is the most difficult and most serious complication of lower extremity venous insufficiency.The cause of the disease is the inflammatory cascade formed by abnormal venous hypertension caused by abnormal three-pump function.Combining the so-called venous high blood and chronic inflammation of western medicine with the turbidity theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and according to the CEAP staging of lower extremity venous insufficiency,the pathogenesis and development process can be analyzed in detailed.It is divided into three phases as follows:Spleen and Lung Qi deficiency period,Dampness,Turbid and Blood stasis as well as dispelling Turbidity Toxin should be applied flexibly.With oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine and external use of drug paste,the clinical efficacy is quite satisfying.
