摘要
目的:研究续断对脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)后大鼠脊髓过氧化物酶(myeloperoxidase,MPO)活性和脊髓组织空腔面积的影响。方法:SD大鼠40只,均采用Allen法制作脊髓损伤模型,随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组采用续断水煎剂进行灌胃,对照组采用等量的PBS进行灌胃,2周后取材,进行MPO活性检测和脊髓组织切片HE染色并计算空洞面积。结果:2周后对照组和实验组大鼠MPO活性分别为(33.43±4.82) U·mg^(-1)和(7.55±1.76)U·mg^(-1),对照组和实验组脊髓空洞面积分别为(0.09±0.03)mm^2和(0.19±0.05)mm^2,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:大鼠脊髓损伤后,续断可以有效减少局部炎性细胞的聚集,抑制炎性反应,减少脊髓组织受到继发性损害。
Objective:To study the effects of sequelae on the activity of myeloperoxidase(MPO)and the cavity area of spinal cord in rats after spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods:Forty Sprague-Dawley rats were used to make spinal cord injury model by Allen method.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The experimental group was treated with Xuduan Decoction.The control group was intragastrically administered with the same amount of PBS for 2 weeks.Two weeks later,MPO activity detection and HE staining of spinal tissue sections were performed and the void area was calculated.Results:After two weeks,the MPO activities of the control group and the experimental group were(33.43±4.82)U·mg-1 and(7.55±1.76)U·mg-1,respectively.The stenotic cavity area ofthe control group and the experimental group were(0.09±0.03)mm2 and(0.19±0.05)mm2.Conclusion:After spinal cord injury in rats,Xuduan Decoction can effectively reduce the accumulation of local inflammatory cells,inhibit the inflammatory response,and reduce the secondary damage of spinal cord tissue.
