搜风清空汤治疗血管神经性头痛

Soufeng Qingkong Decoction in Treatment of Vascular Neuropathic Headache

目的:观察搜风清空汤治疗血管神经性头痛的临床疗效。方法:将80例血管神经性头痛患者随机分成两组,各40例。治疗组予自拟搜风清空汤,对照组口服尼莫地平片及谷维素片、卡马西平片,7 d为1个疗程,3个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组头痛发作次数、发作时间、每次持续时间、头痛程度较对照组明显改善(P<0.01);治疗组头痛症状评分较对照组显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率为95.00%,对照组有效率为87.50%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率和复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:搜风清空汤治疗血管神经性头痛疗效肯定。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Soufeng Qingkong Decoction in treatment of vascular neuropathic headache.Methods:Eighty patients with vascular neuropathic headache were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases each group.The treatment group was treated with Soufeng Qingkong Decoction.The control group received oral nimodipine tablets and oryzanol tablets,carbamazepine tablets,7 days for 1 treatment course.Observation was made after 3 courses of treatment.Results:In the treatment group,the number of headache attacks,time of onset,duration of each time,and headache degree were significantly lowered than those of the control group(P<0.01).The headache symptom scores of the treatment group were significantly improved compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%,and the effective rate of the control group was 87.50%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Soufeng Qingkong Decoction in treatment of vascular neuropathic headache is effective.
