Triple Therapy of Integrative Medicine in Treatment of Facial Hormone-dependent Dermatitis in Cute Phase

目的:观察凉血五花汤加减联合复方甘草酸苷片口服、吡美莫司乳膏外用三联疗法治疗急性期激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:74例急性期激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组。对照组给予复方甘草酸苷片口服、吡美莫司乳膏外用,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予凉血五花汤加减,疗程为4周。观察临床疗效与不良反应。结果:经4周治疗后,治疗组的中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组血清异常免疫球蛋白E(immunoglobulinE,IgE)水平较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为91.89%(34/37),对照组有效率为75.68%(28/37),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应率为2.71%,对照组不良反应率为13.52%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组复发率为16.67%,对照组复发率为69.23%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:凉血五花汤加减联合复方甘草酸苷片口服、吡美莫司乳膏外用三联疗法治疗急性期激素依赖性皮炎临床疗效显著,可显著降低患者中医证候积分,降低血清IgE水平,减轻过敏症状,复发率低。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Liangxue Wuhua Decoction combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets and pimecrolimus cream in treatment of acute hormone-dependent dermatitis.Methods:Seventy-four patients with acute steroid-dependent dermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given compound glycyrrhizin tablets or pimecrolimus cream for external use.The treatment group was given Liangxue Wuhua Decoction on the basis of the control group for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of serum immunoglobulin E(IgE)in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the effective rate was 91.89%(34/37)in the treatment group and 75.68%(28/37)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate was 2.71%in the treatment group and 13.52%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was 16.67%in the treatment group and 69.23 in the control group.%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liangxue Wuhua Decoction combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets and oral administration of pimecrolimus cream in treatment of acute hormone-dependent dermatitis has significant clinical effects,which can significantly reduce TCM syndrome scores and reduce serum IgE levels and alleviate allergy symptoms,with a low recurrence rate.
