芒针合谷透后溪穴联合康复训练治疗中风偏瘫

Acupuncture from Hegu to Houxi with Elongated Needle Combined with Rehabilitation Training in Treating Stroke Hemiplegia

目的:观察芒针合谷透后溪穴联合康复训练对中风偏瘫患者手部功能和生存质量的影响。方法:80例中风偏瘫患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予康复训练,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予芒针合谷透后溪穴治疗,两组患者均治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损程度手肌力部分(neurological impairment degree of hand muscle strength,NDS)评分、Fugl-Meyer手功能部分(Fugl-Meyer hand function,FMA)评分、日常生活能力和生存质量。结果:治疗前,两组患者NDS和FMA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者NDS评分低于对照组,FMA评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者日常生活能力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组进食、洗澡和修饰等日常生活能力评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者生存质量得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组生存质量得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芒针合谷透后溪穴联合康复训练可明显改善中风偏瘫患者的手部功能,提高患者的生存质量。

Objective:To observe the effects of the combination of acupuncture from Hegu to Houxi with elongated needle and rehabilitation training on the hand function and quality of life in patients with stroke hemiplegia.Methods:80 patients with hemiplegia were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table.The control group was treated with rehabilitation exercise,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture from Hegu to Houxi with elongated needle in addition to that of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The neurological impairment degree of hand muscle strength(NDS)score,Fugl-Meyer hand function(FMA)score and patients′daily living ability and quality of life before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in NDS and FMA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the NDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the FMA score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in daily living ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the daily living ability scores,such as that in eating,bathing and appearance of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture from Hegu to Houxi with elongated needle and rehabilitation exercise can significantly improve the hand function of patients with hemiplegia and improve their quality of life.
