中医体质辨识在“治未病”中的应用

中医体质辨识在'治未病'中具有十分重要的意义。可根据体质与中医病证之间的关系,分析体质在疾病发病中的作用,做到'三级预防'。针对患者的病理体质状态,用药物的偏性来纠正体质的偏性,以预防疾病的发生;当疾病处于发病的临界状态时,作好早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗;当疾病发生后,抓住体质这个主要因素,对患者进行治疗,促使疾病向好的方向发展。体质辨识在'治未病'中的应用和方法多种多样,在体质可分的基础上,依据体质与疾病的相关性,通过药物或生活方式干预,调整体质偏颇状态,预防相关疾病的发生,达到'治未病'的目的。

TCM constitutional identification is of great significance in preventive treatment of diseases.According to the relationship between physical fitness and TCM syndromes,we can analyze the role of physical fitness in the pathogenesis of diseases and achieve'three-level prevention'.According to the pathological constitution of the patient,the bias of the drug is used to correct the bias of the body to prevent the occurrence of the disease;when the disease is at the critical state of occurance,early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment are made;when the disease occurs,the main factor of physical fitness can be analyzed in treatment and improve patients’health level.The application and methods of physique identification in'preventive treatment of disease'are diverse.On the basis of physique variety,according to the correlation between physical fitness and disease,with drug or lifestyle intervention,the physical state deviation is adjusted to prevent the occurrence of related diseases,hence to achieve the goal of'preventive treatment of the disease'.
