以肠道菌群为靶点探讨肥胖的中医治疗

Discussion on TCM Treatment of Obesity with Gut Microbiota Being Target Spot

肠道菌群在肥胖的发生、发展中扮演重要角色,其机制涉及影响人体能量吸收、炎症反应、自身免疫、肠道通透性等多个方面。研究表明调节肠道菌群紊乱可以有效改善肥胖。中医'脾'与肠道菌群联系密切,以肠道微生态为靶点的中医药作用机制研究已逐步展开。然而,现有研究存在一定的局限性,如中医证候对肠道菌群影响的研究以脾胃证候为多,但现行研究未能系统阐明各种中医证候与肠道菌群变化规律的关系;研究以单一中医证候模型多见,对中医病证结合模型与肠道菌群关系的研究较少;对各类中药调节肠道菌群作用机制的研究较少;研究方法多以动物实验为主,临床实验鲜见。目前中医药通过干预肠道菌群治疗肥胖的研究处于起步阶段,需深入探讨中医药对肠道菌群及肠道稳态的调节作用及其机制,为从整体层面阐明中医药治疗肥胖的机制提供一种新的研究思路。

Intestinal flora plays an important role in the occurrence and development of obesity.Its mechanism involves affecting human energy absorption,inflammatory response,autoimmunity,intestinal permeability and other aspects.Studies have shown that regulating intestinal flora disorders can effectively improve obesity.In traditional Chinese medicine,'Spleen'is closely related to the intestinal flora,and the research on the mechanism of action of traditional Chinese medicine targeting the intestinal micro-ecology has gradually begun.However,the existing research has certain limitations.For example,the research on the influence of TCM syndrome on intestinal flora is more spleen and stomach syndrome,but the current research fails to systematically clarify the relationship between the changes of various TCM syndromes and the intestinal flora.More studies have been carried out with a single TCM syndrome model,while fewer researches are on the relationship between TCM syndrome combination model and intestinal flora or on the mechanism of regulation of intestinal flora by various Chinese medicines.The experiment is mainly based on clinical trials.At present,the research on the treatment of obesity by intervention of intestinal flora in Chinese medicine is in its infancy.It is necessary to further explore the regulation of Chinese medicine on intestinal flora and intestinal homeostasis and its mechanism,in order to clarify the mechanism of traditional Chinese and provide a new research idea medicine treatment of obesity from the overall level.
