五味子中木脂素类成分闪式提取工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究五味子中木脂素类成分最佳闪式提取工艺。方法:以五味子中五味子醇甲、五味子酯甲、五味子甲素和五味子乙素的含量作为提取考察标准,采用闪式提取法提取五味子的木脂素类成分,考察因素为乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间,采用正交试验设计研究闪式提取的最佳工艺。结果:五味子中木脂素类成分使用闪式提取法提取的最佳工艺条件为体积分数70%乙醇,料液比110,闪式提取器的电压为140 V,提取时间90 s,提取2次。木脂素总提取量可达到22.1%。结论:闪式提取木脂素比回流提取法提取效率高,迅速,操作简单,具有较好的工业应用前景。 Objective:Study on the Optimum Flash Extraction Technology of lignans from Schisandra chinensis.Methods:Taking the contents of chizandrol A,Schisantherin A,schisandrin A and schisandrin B in Schisandra chinensis as the extraction criteria,the lignans of Schisandra chinensis were extracted by flash extraction method.The factors influencing the extraction were ethanol concentration,material-liquid ratio and extraction time.Results:The optimum technological conditions for extracting lignans from Schisandra chinensis by flash extraction method are 70%ethanol,1:10 ratio of material to liquid,140 V voltage of flash extractor,90 s extraction time and 2 extraction times.The total amount of lignans can reach 22.1%.Conclusion:Flash extraction of lignans is more efficient,rapid and simple than reflux extraction.It has a good industrial application prospect.
