“临床状态医学”理念指导下治疗急性缺血性脑卒中

Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke Under the Guidance of "Clinical State Medicine"

目的:观察以'临床状态医学'方法治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者的临床疗效。方法:将115例患者随机分为治疗组(63例)和对照组(52例)。治疗组给予西医基础治疗+中医辨证论治+心理疏导,对照组给予西医基础治疗,两组患者均治疗6个月。比较两组患者治疗前后总体状态自评量表、NIHSS量表、宗氏抑郁自评量表、宗氏焦虑自评量表评分,临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为87.3%,对照组为75.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者NIHSS量表、宗氏抑郁自评量表、宗氏焦虑自评量表评分均显著下降,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者总体状态自评量表评分均显著升高,且治疗组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于'临床状态医学'理论指导下的综合方案治疗急性缺血性脑卒中临床疗效显著,可降低NIHSS量表、宗氏抑郁自评量表、宗氏焦虑自评量表评分,升高总体状态自评量表评分。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of clinical state medicine in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods:115 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(63 cases)and control group(52 cases).The treatment group was given basic treatment of western medicine+TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment+psychological counseling,while the control group was given basic treatment of western medicine.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The total state self-rating scale,NIHSS scale,Zong′s depression self-rating scale and Zong′s anxiety self-rating scale were compared before and after treatment.Results:The effective rate was 87.3%in the treatment group and 75.0%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of NIHSS scale,Zong′s depression self-rating scale and Zong′s anxiety self-rating scale in both groups decreased significantly,and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total state self-rating scale scores of the two groups were significantly increased,and the treatment group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive treatment based on the theory of clinical state medicine has a significant clinical effect on acute ischemic stroke.It can reduce the scores of NIHSS,Zong′s depression self-rating scale and Zong′s anxiety self-rating scale,and increase the scores of general state self-rating scale.
