针药结合治疗功能性腹泻

Combination of Acupuncture and Medicine in the Treatment of Functional Diarrhea

目的:比较针药并用与单纯针刺、单纯中药治疗脾虚湿盛型功能性腹泻的临床疗效。方法:90例脾虚湿盛型功能性腹泻患者随机分为针刺组、中药组和针药组,每组30例。针刺组选用双侧天枢、大肠俞,得气后辅以电针;中药组口服参苓白术散加减;针药组采用针刺加口服参苓白术散,疗程均为28 d,随访3个月。比较3组患者临床疗效、大便次数、大便性状及中医证候积分。结果:针药组有效率为96.7%,优于中药组的83.3%和针刺组的86.7%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,3组患者大便次数均显著减少,且针药组显著低于针刺组、中药组(P<0.05)。治疗后,3组患者粪便性状评分、中医证候积分均显著降低,且针药组显著低于针刺组、中药组(P<0.05)。结论:针药并用治疗脾虚湿盛型功能性腹泻患者疗效显著,且可显著减少患者大便次数,降低患者粪便性状评分、中医证候积分。

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and medicine combined with simple acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of functional diarrhea of spleen deficiency and dampness excess type.Methods:90 patients with functional diarrhea of spleen deficiency and dampness excess type were randomly divided into acupuncture group,traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture-medicine group,30 cases in each group.In the acupuncture group,bilateral Tianshu and Dachangshu were selected and electro-acupuncture was added after getting qi;in the traditional Chinese medicine group,Shenling Baizhu powder was added or subtracted orally;in the acupuncture and medicine group,Shenling Baizhu powder was added orally for 28 days,followed up for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,stool frequency,stool characteristics and TCM syndrome scores of the three groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the acupuncture group was 96.7%,which was better than 83.3%of the traditional Chinese medicine group and 86.7%of the acupuncture group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of stools in the three groups decreased significantly,and the number of stools in the acupuncture group was significantly lower than that in the acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of fecal traits and TCM syndromes in the three groups were significantly lower than those in the acupuncture group and the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of functional diarrhea patients with spleen deficiency and dampness excess type has significant effect,and can significantly reduce the number of feces,fecal characteristics score and TCM syndrome score of patients.
