四步联合疗法治疗膝骨关节炎30例临床观察

Clinical effect of four-step combination therapy in treatment of knee osteoarthritis: An analysis of 30 cases

目的:观察四步联合疗法治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取膝骨关节炎患者60例,随机分为2组,每组各30例。治疗组采用四步联合疗法治疗,对照组采用关节腔灌洗疗法治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为96. 7%,对照组为80. 0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); 2组WOMAC评分、Lequesne评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:四步联合疗法治疗膝骨关节炎有较好疗效,能改善关节功能状态,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of four-step combination therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given four-step combination therapy,and those in the control group were given articular cavity lavage.Results:There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group(96.7%vs 80.0%,P<0.05).After treatment,both groups had significant changes in WOMAC and Lequesne scores,and there were significant differences in these scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Four-step combination therapy has a good clinical effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and can improve patients’joint function and quality of life.
