欧阳新经验降脂方治疗痰浊阻遏型高脂血症50例临床观察

Clinical effect of Ouyang Xin’s empirical antihyperlipidemic prescription in treatment of hyperlipidemia with phlegm turbidity and obstruction syndrome: An analysis of 50 cases

目的:观察欧阳新经验降脂方治疗痰浊阻遏型高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:将100例痰浊阻遏型高脂血症患者随机分为2组,每组各50例。治疗组予以欧阳新经验降脂方治疗,对照组予以阿托伐他汀钙治疗,观察比较2组临床疗效、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白(Apo A-I、Apo B)及安全性指标。结果:2组综合疗效及中医证候疗效总有效率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。2组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、Apo B水平治疗前后组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05),治疗后组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);2组Apo A-I水平治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。2组均未出现明显或严重后果的不良反应。结论:欧阳新经验降脂方治疗痰浊阻遏型高脂血症与阿托伐他汀钙疗效相当,安全性较佳,具有临床应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Ouyang Xin’s empirical antihyperlipidemic prescription in the treatment of hyperlipidemia with phlegm turbidity and obstruction syndrome.Methods:A total of 100 patients with hyperlipidemia with phlegm turbidity and obstruction syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given Ouyang Xin’s empirical antihyperlipidemic prescription,and those in the control group were given atorvastatin calcium.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical outcome,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),apolipoproteins[apolipoprotein A-I(Apo A-I)and apolipoprotein B(Apo B)],and safety indices.Results:There was no significant difference in overall response rate of comprehensive curative effect and TCM syndrome curative effect between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Both groups had significant changes in TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,and Apo B after treatment(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in these markers between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05);there was a significant difference in Apo A-I between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).No serious adverse events were observed.Conclusion:Ouyang Xin’s empirical antihyperlipidemic prescription has a similar clinical effect to atorvastatin calcium and better safety than atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of hyperlipidemia with phlegm turbidity and obstruction syndrome,and therefore,it holds promise for clinical application.
