天灸对精神分裂症患者血脂及阴性症状的影响

Effect of medicinal vesiculation on blood lipids and negative symptoms in patients with schizophrenia

目的:观察天灸对精神分裂症患者血脂异常及阴性症状的影响。方法:将100例精神分裂症血脂异常患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例。治疗组给予天灸治疗,对照组给予辛伐他汀治疗,2组疗程均为60d。检测2组治疗前后血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),测定中医症状积分及PANSS量表阴性症状积分。结果:中医症状疗效总有效率治疗组为87. 23%,对照组为58. 70%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。治疗组治疗前后HDL-L组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01),2组TC、TG、LDL-C组内及组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 01,P <0. 05);PANSS量表阴性症状积分治疗组治疗前后组内比较及治疗后与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。结论:天灸能改善精神分裂症患者血脂水平及缓解中医症状、阴性症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of medicinal vesiculation on dyslipidemia and negative symptoms in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia and dyslipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given medicinal vesiculation,and those in the control group were given simvastatin.The course of treatment was 60 days for both groups.The serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were measured before and after treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score and the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)score for negative symptoms were evaluated.Results:There was a significant difference in the overall response rate of TCM symptoms between the treatment group and the control group(87.23%vs 58.70%,P<0.01).There was a significant change in HDL-C in the treatment group after treatment(P<0.01).Both groups had significant changes in TC,TG,and LDL-C after treatment,and there were significant differences in these indices between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Both groups had a significant change in the PANSS score for negative symptoms after treatment,and there was a significant difference in this score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:Medicinal vesiculation can alleviate TCM symptoms and negative symptoms in patients with schizophrenia and dyslipidemia,and therefore,it holds promise for clinical application.
