润肠排毒膏治疗功能性便秘60例临床观察

Clinical effect of Runchang Paidu ointment in treatment of functional constipation: An analysis of 60 cases

目的:观察中药膏方润肠排毒膏治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:将120例功能性便秘患者随机分为2组。治疗组60例采用润肠排毒膏治疗,对照组60例予枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗。2组均以2周为1个疗程。比较2组综合疗效及症状总积分。结果:总有效率治疗组为91. 7%,对照组为71. 7%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01);2组症状总积分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:润肠排毒膏治疗功能性便秘效果优于莫沙必利。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the traditional Chinese medicine Runchang Paidu ointment in the treatment of functional constipation.Methods:A total of 120 patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were given Runchang Paidu ointment,and those in the control group were given mosapride citrate tablets.Each course of treatment was 2 weeks for both groups.The two groups were compared in terms of overall response and total symptom score.Results:There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group(91.7%vs 71.7%,P<0.05).Both groups had a significant change in totalsymptom score after treatment,and there was a significant difference in this score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Runchang Paidu ointment has a better clinical effect than mosapride in the treatment of functional constipation.
