化浊护肝汤治疗慢性酒精性肝病106例

106 Cases of Patients with Chronic Alcoholic Liver Disease Treated by Hua Zhuo Hu Gan Tang

目的:观察化浊护肝汤治疗慢性酒精性肝病的临床疗效。方法:将208例确诊为慢性酒精性肝病的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组102例,予口服水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗;治疗组106例,在对照组治疗基础上加服自拟化浊护肝汤治疗,两组均3个月为1个疗程。观察两组治疗前后主要症状积分、中医证候、血清天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、总胆红素(TBIL)及肝脏彩超变化。结果:两组治疗后症状积分均有改善,治疗组症状改善较对照组明显(P<0.05)。在改善中医证候方面,治疗组总有效率96.2%,对照组总有效率68.6%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组AST、ALT、GGT、TBIL值均有下降,治疗组下降幅度较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组肝脏彩超改善较对照组显著(P<0.05)。结论:化浊护肝汤治疗慢性酒精性肝病疗效显著。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Hua Zhuo Hu Gan Tang to treat patients with chronic alcoholic liver disease.Methods: 208 cases of patients with chronic alcoholic liver disease were randomly divided into the treatment group with 106 individuals and the control group with 102 ones. The control group was treated with silibinin capsules,and the treatment group was treated with silibinin capsules and Hua Zhuo Hu Gan Tang together. Both groups were treated for three months as a course of treatment. The main symptoms score,TCM syndromes,AST,ALT,Y- GGT,TBIL and liver color doppler ultrasound changes before and after treatment were observed. Results: After treatment,the main symptoms score in two groups were both improved,and the treatment group was better than the control group( P < 0. 05); In terms of improving TCM syndromes,The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96. 2%,and 68. 6% in the control group. The treatment group was better than the control group( P < 0. 05).Both groups' AST,ALT,Y- GGT and TBIL decreased,and the falling range in the treatment group was bigger than that in the control group. There was a significant statistical difference( P < 0. 05). The liver color doppler ultrasound changes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Hua Zhuo Hu Gan Tang has very good curative effect in treating patients with chronic alcoholic liver disease.
