黄连温胆汤加味治疗痰热内扰型失眠临床观察

Clinical Observation of Flavored Coptis Gallbladder-Warming Decoction in Treating Insomnia with Syndrome of Phlegm-Heat Attacking Internally

目的:观察黄连温胆汤加味治疗痰热内扰型失眠的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年12月至2018年3月确诊的痰热内扰型失眠患者64例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例。对照组给予艾司唑仑片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用黄连温胆汤加味治疗。结果:治疗组有效率93.75%,对照组有效率81.25%,两组有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后中医证候评分优于对照组,中医证候评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率50.00%,治疗组不良反应发生率31.25%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄连温胆汤加味治疗痰热内扰型失眠疗效显著,能明显改善患者中医证候和睡眠质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Flavored Coptis Gallbladder-Warming Decoction on insomnia with syndrome of phlegm-heat attacking internally.Methods:Sixty-four patients with diagnosed with insomnia with syndrome of phlegm-heat attacking internally who were treated in our hospital from December 2016 to March 2018 were chosen as the research subjects,and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estazolam tablets,while the treatment group was treated with Flavored Coptis Gallbladder-Warming Decoction on the basis of the control group.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75% and that of the control group was 81.25%.The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After the treatment,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the control group was 50.00%,and that of the treatment group was 31.25%,and the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Flavored Coptis Gallbladder-Warming Decoction has a remarkable efficacy on insomnia with syndrome of phlegm-heat attacking internally,can obviously improve the TCM syndromes and sleep quality of patients.
