润肺平喘方加减治疗急性期小儿支气管哮喘50例

Fifty Cases of Acute Bronchial Asthma in Children Treated with Modified Lung-Moistening and Asthma-Relieving Decoction

目的:观察润肺平喘方加减治疗急性期小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将100例急性期小儿支气管哮喘患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各50例。对照组患儿给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予润肺平喘方加减。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、最大呼气峰流速值变异率、住院天数及体征(咳嗽、胸闷、喘鸣音、喘息)消失时间。结果:治疗组最大呼气峰流速值变异率小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有效率为98.0%,高于对照组的84.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组住院天数及体征消失时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后症状体征积分均低于本组治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:润肺平喘方加减治疗急性期小儿支气管哮喘可快速改善患儿体征、症状,降低最大呼气峰流速值变异率,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified Lung-Moistening and Asthma-Relieving Decoction on children′s bronchial asthma at acute stage.Methods:A total of 100 children with acute bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 50 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with routine Western medicine,while the ones in the treatment group were treated with Modified Lung-Moistening and Asthma-Relieving Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,variation rate of peak expiratory flow,length of hospitalization and disappearance time of body signs(cough,chest tightness,wheezing,gasp for breath) were compared between the two groups.Results:The variation rate of peak expiratory flow in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 98.0%,and that of the control group was 84.0%.The treatment group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization days and signs disappearance time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of symptoms and signs of the two groups after the treatment were lower than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Lung-Moistening and Asthma-Relieving Decoction in the treatment of acute bronchial asthma in children can rapidly improve the signs and symptoms of children,reduce the variation rate of peak expiratory flow and improve the clinical efficacy.
