加减荆防柴朴汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘

Modified Jingfang Chai Pu Decoction in the Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma

目的:观察加减荆防柴朴汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年3月本院门诊治疗的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组和对照组各自行脱落2例。治疗组给予加减荆防柴朴汤和孟鲁司特钠治疗,对照组给予氟替卡松/沙美特罗和孟鲁司特钠。结果:治疗组有效率91.4%,对照组有效率86.2%,治疗组优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗180天后咳嗽症状积分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);两组治疗后PEF昼夜变异率较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),FEV1/FVC较治疗前均明显增高(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后PEF昼夜变异率、FEV1/FVC与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:加减荆防柴朴汤治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效显著,远期疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of modified Jingfang Chai Pu Decoction(JFCPD) on cough variant asthma.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with cough variant asthma treated in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.And 2 cases n the treatment group and the control group voluntarily shed themselves.The ones in the treatment group were treated with JFCPD and montelukast sodium,while the ones in the control group were treated with fluticasone/salmeterol and montelukast sodium.Results:The effective rate was 91.4% in the treatment group and 86.2% in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The score of cough symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group after 180 days of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After the treatment,the diurnal variation rates of PEF in both groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05),and FEV1/FVC was significantly higher than that before the treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in diurnal variation rate of PEF and FEV1/FVC between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:JFCPD has a remarkable clinical curative effect on cough variant asthma,and its long-term curative effect is better than that of Western medicine alone.
