蓖麻子汤离子透入结合艾灸治疗网球肘26例

Twenty-Six Cases of Tennis Elbow Treated with Semen Ricini Decoction for Penetration Combined with Moxibustion

目的:观察蓖麻子汤离子透入结合艾灸治疗网球肘的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1月至2018年4月本院门诊或住院治疗的网球肘患者50例,按照随机数字对照表法分为对照组24例和治疗组26例。对照组给予酮洛芬凝胶局部涂抹,治疗组给予蓖麻子汤离子透入结合艾灸治疗。结果:对照组有效率为79.17%,治疗组有效率为92.31%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后VAS评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后HSS评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蓖麻子汤离子透入结合艾灸治疗网球肘疗效显著,能明显改善患者疼痛症状,提高患者机体功能。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Semen Ricini Decoction for penetration combined with moxibustion on tennis elbow.Methods:Fifty patients with tennis elbow who were treated in our hospital′s outpatient or inpatient department from January 2015 to April 2018 were selected.According to the random number control table method,they were divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 24 and 26 cases respectively.The control group was treated with Ketoprofen Gel for local smearing,while the treatment group was treated with Semen Ricini Decoction for penetration combined with moxibustion.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 79.17%,and that of the treatment group was 92.31%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The VAS score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after the treatment,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The HSS score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group after the treatment,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Semen Ricini Decoction for penetration combined with moxibustion has a remarkable efficacy on tennis elbow,can significantly improve the pain symptoms and the body function of patients.
