中医辨证治疗对股骨转子间骨折患者术后疼痛及骨密度的影响

The Influence of TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment on Postoperative Pain and Bone Density in Patients with Intertrochanteric Fracture of Femur

目的:观察中医辨证治疗对股骨转子间骨折患者术后疼痛及骨密度的影响。方法:选取2016年9月至2017年12月在本院行股骨近端防旋髓内钉(Proximal Femoral Nail Antirotation,PFNA)固定术治疗的股骨转子间骨折患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。所有患者均行PFNA固定术治疗,对照组给予西药治疗,观察组根据骨折三期给予中医辨证治疗。结果:观察组下床活动时间及骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨折恢复优良率88.57%,对照组骨折恢复优良率62.86%,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后VAS评分、骨密度水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证治疗能改善股骨转子间骨折患者髋关节功能及骨密度水平,降低术后疼痛感,促进患者预后恢复。

Objective:To observe the influence of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment on postoperative pain and bone density in patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods:Seventy patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated with Proximal Femoral Nail Antirotation(PFNA) in our hospital from September 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.All the patients were treated with PFNA fixation,while the control group was treated with Western medicine and the observation group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation according to the specific condition of each phase of three stages of fracture.Results:The time of getting out of bed and healing of fracture in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The superior rate of fracture recovery in the observation group was 88.57%,and that in the control group was 62.86%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score and bone density in the observation group were better than those in the control group after the treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment can improve hip function and bone density in patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture,reduce postoperative pain,and promote the prognosis of patients.
