中医情志护理对乳腺癌患者情绪障碍干预效果的Meta分析

Meta-Analysis of the Intervention Effect of Emotional Nursing of TCM on Emotional Disorders of Breast Cancer Patients

目的:分析中医情志护理对乳腺癌患者情绪障碍的干预效果,并进行系统评价。方法:在各大中英文数据库(CNKI、VIP、万方、PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane、embass)检索2015年1月1日至2018年9月15日,检索主要关键词包括:中医情志护理、中医心理护理、中医情志干预、情志干预、心理、中医、乳腺癌、抑郁、焦虑、生存质量、情绪障碍、随机、随机对照试验、临床随机对照试验等,并利用RevMen 5.3软件进行数据分析。结果:共纳入10项研究,累计1 120人次,采用SAS量表进行评估,测量方法相同,测量指标为随机变量,故用MD方法进行研究。最终得出结果:MD=-10.63,95%CI[-14.51,-6.75];合并效应图位于森林图左侧、并未与中线相交。纳入的10篇文献中有8篇采用SDS指标,予以使用,存在异质性[χ~2=317.60,P<0.000 01,I^2=98%],采用随机效应模型进行合并,共计990病例,均采用SDS量表进行评估,同样使用MD方法进行研究,最终得出结果:MD=-12.03,95%CI[-15.98,-8.09];合并效应图位于森林图左侧、并未与中线相交。结论:中医情志护理对乳腺癌患者在焦虑、抑郁评分方面有明显改善效果。

Objective:To analyze the intervention effect of emotional nursing of TCM on emotional disorders of breast cancer patients,and make a systematic evaluation.Methods:In Chinese and English databases,such as CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane,Embass,the key words including emotional nursing of TCM,psychological nursing of TCM,emotional intervention of TCM,emotional intervention,psychology,TCM,breast cancer,depression,anxiety,quality of life,emotional disorder,random,randomized controlled trials and clinical randomized controlled trials from January 1,2015 to September 15,2018,were searched.The data were analyzed by RevMen 5.3 software.Results:A total of 10 studies were included,involving 1,120 people.SAS scale was used to evaluate the results.The measurement methods were the same,and the measurement indexes were random variables.Therefore,MD method was used to study the results.The final results were MD=-10.63,95%CI [-14.51,-6.75];the combined effect map was located on the left side of the forest map and did not intersect with the midline.Eight of the 10 articles included were used with SDS index,and there were heterogeneity [χ~2=317.60,P<0.0000 1,I=98%].A total of 990 cases were combined with random effect model.All the cases were evaluated with SDS scale.The results were MD=-12.03,95%CI[-15.98,-8.09].The combined effect map was located on the left side of the forest map and did not intersect with the midline.Conclusion:Emotional nursing of TCM has obvious improvement effect on anxiety and depression scores of breast cancer patients.
