中医护理干预对股骨颈骨折患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的影响

The Influence of TCM Nursing Intervention on Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis in Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture After Operation

目的:观察中医护理干预对股骨颈骨折患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的影响。方法:选取2016年6月至2018年6月上海市浦东新区公利医院诊治的股骨颈骨折患者74例,按照随机数字表法分为常规护理组和中医护理组,每组37例。所有患者均接受手术治疗,常规护理组术后给予常规护理,中医护理组术后给予中医护理。结果:中医护理组患者的凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、血小板优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规护理组术后下肢深静脉血栓发生率为18.92%,中医护理组术后下肢深静脉血栓发生率为5.14%,中医护理组术后下肢深静脉血栓发生率低于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医护理组护理满意度为94.59%,常规护理组护理满意度为83.78%,中医护理组护理满意度优于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理干预能降低股骨颈骨折患者术后下肢深静脉血栓发生率。

Objective:To observe the influence of TCM nursing intervention on lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in patients with femoral neck fracture after operation.Methods:A total of 74 patients with femoral neck fracture who were treated in Shanghai Gongli Hospital of Pudong New District from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected and divided into the routine nursing group and the TCM nursing group according to random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.All the patients received surgical treatment.The routine nursing group additionally received routine nursing after operation,and the TCM nursing group received TCM nursing after operation.Results:The prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time and platelet in TCM nursing group were better than those in the routine nursing group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremities was 18.92% in the routine nursing group,and 5.14% in TCM nursing group,and the TCM nursing group was better than the routine nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of TCM nursing group was 94.59%,and that of routine nursing group was 83.78%.The nursing satisfaction of TCM nursing group was better than the routine nursing group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis of patients with femoral neck fracture after operation.
